We employ a range of laser cutting services here at HEC Showman to ensure the products we produce are repeatable, accurate and or high quality, cut after cut, time after time.
Our Amada ENSIS can handle sheet sizes up to 4m x 2m. Whilst we predominantly work in CR4 mild steel – 0.9mm – 2.0mm thick, we can accommodate other materials (stainless steel and aluminium are common to see being cut on our machine). Please get in touch to see how we can be of assistance.
Our two CNC programmable press brakes allow us to achieve a high degree of consistent accuracy in our press forming of our sheet metal fabricated products. Press brakes offer us a wide degree of configurability and the ability to bend a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
Our new Salvagnini P2 panel bender is less versatile, but considerably quicker and allows us to repeatedly produce dimensionally accurate parts in a very short space of time. This allows us to be competitive on price and turnaround on cut and bent parts. Ideally suited to boxes etc.
