5.5. If Credit terms are not granted by HEC Showman Ltd, all orders placed will be on a payment-with-order basis.
5.6. If the Customer fails to pay invoices within the period of Credit set, HEC Showman Ltd reserves the right to hold shipment of any further orders until payment has been received.
5.7. If the Customer fails to pay any sum when due or fails to perform under this or any other agreement with HEC Showman Ltd, after 7 days’ Notice, HEC Showman Ltd shall be entitled to interest on the amount due at Barclay’s Bank’s base rate plus 5%, per calendar month.
5.8. Interest will be calculated from the due date, and HEC Showman Ltd is entitled to recover all extra expenses incurred including legal fees and cost of collection.
6.5. Deliveries are only made to UK mainland addresses. If required we are able to quote for Non-UK mainland and International delivery options.
6.6. In the event delivery of your order is aborted by our carrier we will be forced to impose an aborted delivery charge. This fee is approximately 15% of the total cost of your order and will be confirmed in writing should the need arise. An aborted delivery can be due either to missing delivery information such as more steps at the delivery address than originally stated on your order or out of service lifts, inaccessible doors. If you feel there may be any problems with your delivery please inform us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary charges.
6.7. Small item delivery. Small item delivery will be attempted to the delivery address once. If no one is available to accept delivery a card should be left for the customer to contact the carrier. Delivery will then be attempted a further two times if no contact is made by the customer. If after these attempts the product can not be delivered, the product will be held at the local depot for a working week awaiting customer collection. If no collection is made after this time, the product will be returned to HEC Showman Ltd. Delivery can then be re arranged at an additional cost.
8.5. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in “as-new” condition, with either original or suitable packaging and must contain all items despatched with the product ( keys etc.)
8.6. You will receive a refund minus our outgoing delivery cost which is approximately 15% of the total cost of your order.
8.7. Please allow up to twenty eight (28) days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
8.8. Exclusions to the Returns Policy include “made to order” items. We are unable to provide any return period on “made to order” products.
8.9. We reserve the right to implement a re-stocking charge on certain returned items subject to the reason stated for their return. For example, returned due to “wrong size being ordered” and “no longer required” will incur a re-stocking charge. This is at the sole discretion of HEC Showman Ltd.
8.10 All items manufactured to order by HEC Showman Ltd are classed as bespoke and are therefore not returnable.
15.3.1. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we will use your information lawfully.
15.3.2. When you order from us, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Your credit card information is held securely by our shopping cart providers, PayPal.com and Sagepay. We also gather information on any third party who may receive any item you send them (this includes the person’s name and address) and we will retain a record of your purchases.
15.3.3. We do NOT store your credit card information on our website or keep your credit card details in our office – details are held securely in an encrypted format by PayPal.com and Sagepay.
15.4. How Do We Use Your Information?
We may use your information in a number of ways, including the following:

We take your privacy very seriously and will NOT sell or make your personal information available to any third parties.
15.5. We use outside shipping companies to fulfil orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes to the best of our knowledge.
20.5 In line with our continuing policy of improvement to customer service, all orders must carry a contact name and telephone number for the delivery recipient. Orders will not be accepted without this information.
