Steve is our founder and managing director. He served an apprentice with Rolls Royce in the 1970’s going on to work with Rolls Royce for many years before forming the company in 1989. He is still very “hands on” and involved in the day to day running of the business.
Meet the HEC Showman team!
Tom is our production director and has been with the company from its first day working his way up to his present position today. Before Tom joined the business he had been in the British army and also worked in the engineering sector.
Chris is our project coordinator and has also been with the company for many years. Chris is responsible for ensuring projects are running smoothly and also purchases the necessary materials for the products we manufacture. Prior to joining the company Chris has served an engineering apprenticeship in industry.
Lisa is the brains of our operation and generally keeps us all in line. With a degree in Honours Degree in Mathematical Sciences (quite hard sums) from the open university Lisa is responsible for accounts, wages and invoicing. Lisa has also been with us, as she says” longer than I care to remember”.
Ashley is our product development engineer and is responsible for product design and innovation.
Graduating from Nottingham university with a 1st class Honours degree in product design Ashley has been with the company for three years, previously working for a large multinational manufacturing company.
